Permanent Employed Overview :

- Call: 1:5 - EMR:
Epic - Patients per day: 20-25 - General schedule: 4 days per week - DaVinci Robot - Work with the healthcare team to provide patients with family medicine medical care services within the standard of care for family medicine patients.

- Provides and manages direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for a specified patient population.

- Prescribes pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens to treat identified and documented medical conditions.

- Order laboratory and diagnostic tests and refer patients to specialists and to relevant patient care components as appropriate.

- Analyze reports, test results, medical records, and examinations to diagnose condition of patients and propose treatment options.

- Discuss potential side effects of medication/treatment with patients and ensure that all allergy information is up to date before prescribing medication/treatment.

- Provide advice to patients for lifestyle and diet changes that may improve their health or help treat the health issue they are experiencing.

- Directs and coordinates the patient care activities of nursing and support staff as required.

- Adhere to organization and departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards.

- Document patient care conversations, care provided, and all other work as defined by organizational standards in the EMR.Comp/Benefits:

- Salary Range: $500,000-$600,000 Annual; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
