Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer

*** As a Lead Test Engineer, a typical day will include the following:**
* * Evaluate new test technologies and methods.
* Determine Design for Test (DFT) specifications and coordinate with engineering staff on new product design.
* Design, develop, and maintain test strategies for new and existing products that meet corporate objectives.
* Train production testing staff in function, design, and maintenance of all testing processes on the production floor.
* Gather and analyze test data to improve test coverage and efficiencies.
* Follow SEL Values.
* Continuously identify, measure, and improve processes.
* Understand. Create. Simplify.
* Other duties as assigned.
*** This job might be for you if you have:
**** BSEE or equivalent work experience
* Minimum of 5 years experience designing and developing production tests
* Strong familiarity with test equipment
* Excellent writing and speaking skills
* Experience with applicable programming languages
* Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
* Ability to work cooperatively in team environment
* Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
* Background check results satisfactory to SEL
* Negative drug test result(s)

* Preferred Qualifications:

**** 10+ years of experience in electronic design, manufacturing and testing
* Skill in design and construction of test fixtures and test stations
* Experience in writing test procedures and test documentation

*** Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. The salary range for this position is between $79,400.00 and $ annually. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
