• Master or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active WA PT license or the ability to obtain
• Passion for Orthopedics
• Desire to treat in a 1:1 setting
• Team player and lifelong learner
• Servant leader mindset
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
