Qualifications & Requirements:- Master or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active WA PT license or the ability to obtain
- Passion for Orthopedics
- Desire to treat in a 1:1 setting
- Team player and lifelong learner
- Servant leader mindset
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
- Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
- Collaborative, team-building personality style
