Medication Aide –
Regency Pacific Management

Full‑Time/Part‑Time

Required:

CNA/HCA/NA‑R, Medication Aide Certification, Nursing Delegation.

Must be open to working rotating weekends.

• Complete nursing treatments and monitor residents' vital signs.
• Maintain medication/treatment records, comply with regulatory, OSHA, and incident reporting guidelines.
• Communicate with physician, pharmacy, and family to assure medications are received promptly.
• Store medications and equipment and keep the medication room clean and orderly.
• Follow the resident service plan including assistance, bathing, grooming, administering medication, and other activities of daily living (ADLs), noting changes in the resident condition.
• Demonstrate knowledge of and follow infection control procedures.
• Support the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and home‑like environment for residents.

• Typical candidates have six months of experience in senior caregiving or medication pass.
• Can obtain CPR/BLS certification.
• Compose reports in English.
