As a Recruiter, a typical day might include the following:

Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.

Follow standard recruiting guidelines and principles to attract, recruit, screen and interview candidates.

Oversee requisitions for entry-level positions with oversight.

Manage confidential files and other privileged information.

Under general supervision, follow established work routines, using initiative to propose solutions to problems.

You possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

You have proficient knowledge of MS Office

You possess strong organizational skills

You possess strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills

You have the ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information and data

You have the ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities

You have the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
