We are seeking a results-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead web projects from initiation through completion. This role oversees the full project lifecycle—including planning, requirements gathering, resource coordination, execution, and delivery—ensuring that web initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with Web Committee objectives. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and program management.

The ideal candidate will be proactive and detail-oriented, have strong communication and collaboration skills, a solid understanding of web technologies, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience guiding digital projects from concept to completion.
** As a Project Manager II/III, a typical day might include the following:
*** Coordinating the activities of multiple divisions/departments as necessary to meet project objectives. Contributing to consensus decisions among project stakeholders and team members.
* Diving into project tasks, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to remove roadblocks and accelerate progress.
* Serving as a bridge between UI/UX teams, development, and content creation teams to ensure clear communication and shared understanding across all phases of the project.
* Proactively identifying risks and delays early in the process and collaborating with teams to resolve them efficiently.
* Working under minimal supervision to establish project plans, and execute and coordinate multiple projects, some crossing different functions and disciplines.
* Creating and maintaining project files and project tracking records.
* Tracking and reporting project measures as appropriate, progress vs. schedule, quality related measures, and team capacity.
* Identifying opportunities to improve project processes and ensuring updates are well-documented.
* Creating and delivering presentations on project status to management.
** This job might be for you if you:
*** Have a bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
* Have around 4 years of direct experience in coordinating projects
* Have excellent coordination, organization, and prioritizing skills
* Can demonstrate a competent level of knowledge in project management skills, techniques, and terminology
* Can demonstrate a record of project management accomplishments
* Have a basic level of business acumen related to budgets, expense planning, resource allocation, and forecasting
* Are self-motivated and have the ability to work independently
* Have knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence, Asana or other project management tracking software
* Have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
* Are able to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Experience managing end-to-end website projects across cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with web development processes, including coordination between front-end and back-end teams and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles.

** Pay Range Data
** Project Manager II $27.98 - $43.85 per hour. Project Manager III $78,000 - $104,600 per year. We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Our ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
