IT Analyst

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Government Services Department seeks a professional, collaborative, and detail-oriented individual for our IT Analyst position in Pullman, WA!

US Citizenship Required

• Design, implement, research, secure and support enterprise systems.

• Identify and mitigate risks inherent in IT systems.

• Monitor, improve, troubleshoot and perform capacity planning for systems.

• Support and troubleshoot complex user requests.

• Plan and manage projects. Create and maintain concise and thorough IT documentation.

• 2+ years of related experience in a technical environment

• Knowledge of IT methods, practices, procedures, and policies

• Desire for life-long learning to maintain a comprehensive understanding of evolving technologies

• Experience teaching and mentoring IT interns and associates

• Embraces dynamic, fast-paced environments; adapts well to rapid change

• Ability to participate in after hours on call rotation

• Practices absolute confidentiality and unquestionable ethics

• Excellent customer service commitment

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience in an IT environment

• Technical background and knowledge of manufacturing and/or engineering processes

• Ability to meet Motor Vehicle Report Qualification Standards of SEL

• Experience using programming languages and script writing

We anticipate filling this position as an IT Analyst - $84,240 - $124,461.

We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the salary range may differ if filled at a different level. Our ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
