Fulfillment Warehouse Associate

Job Overview

This role is an essential part of our Palouse Brand team that prepares customer orders across multiple e-commerce channels for same day shipping. It is a fast paced and physical role that requires an attention to detail. You'll be printing shipping labels, packing orders and preparing them for shipping with a carrier.

Duties may include

• Receive and put away inventory
• Using various computer softwares to print shipping labels
• Assisting in handling Customer Service inquiries
• Read packing lists accurately
• Get customer orders ready and pack them up
• Troubleshoot problems
• Forklift Certificate or be trainable
• Load pallets into trucks for shipments
• Ensure product meets quality requirements

You will also need to be able to:

• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Be detail oriented with good organizational skills
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items/pallets around
• Work cohesively in a team setting
• Be available for work on select Saturday mornings
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, food safety, and fulfillment production standards
