• Assembler I: $17.50 – $18.50/hr
• Assembler II: $18.75 – $19.75/hr

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate within a supportive team environment to achieve daily production targets.
• Communicate proactively and effectively with department supervisors.
• Independently follow detailed assembly instructions.
• Exhibit enthusiasm for learning new skills and techniques.
• Work primarily on day shifts to support steady operational workflow.

What You'll Need:

• Proven assembly proficiency (validated through a practical assessment during the interview).
• Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds with reasonable accommodations.
• A professional attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Positive, can-do spirit that contributes to a great team atmosphere.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check within one week of receiving an offer.
• Must reside within a commutable distance to Pullman, WA, and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Experience:

• Mechanical assembly and soldering.
• At least one year of production, assembly, or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
