• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to model SEL Values to others
• Ability to communicate professionally, respectfully and openly to a diverse audience.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and delegate work; intervene to remove obstacles as needed.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product flow for up and downstream areas.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and department's business systems (Lotus Notes, Dynamics AX, SQS, etc.)
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
• Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
• Background check results satisfactory to SEL
• Negative drug test result(s)

• College degree (BS or BA)
• Supervisory experience or training
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and department's business systems (Lotus Notes, Dynamics AX, SQS, etc.)

We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Pay range for this position is $22.84-$34.28 per hour. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
