CNC Machine Operator - Part Time - Pullman, WA

Pullman, WA | $19/hr

A local aerospace manufacturing company is looking for a reliable and trainable CNC Machine Operator to join their team part-time. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in machining or manufacturing who wants to gain hands‑on experience with CNC equipment. If you have experience in production or machine operation -- this is a great fit!

This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to increase hours as production grows.

• Approximately 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 10–15 days per month to start - will increase
• Hours can increase as production demand grows (Must be open to this)

$19 per hour

• Operate a 5‑axis CNC mill producing aerospace components and production components
• Load material carts and monitor machine runs
• Perform basic part inspections and quality checks
• Change out finished parts and maintain workflow
• Work independently while maintaining production quality

• Machine run times typically 10–20 minutes per cycle
• Primarily aluminum aerospace parts

• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Trainable with a strong willingness to learn
• Comfortable working independently and staying on task
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in manufacturing is a plus
