Registered Nurse; RN ER

JOB SUMMARY

A Registered Nurse (RN) partnering with Radiant Medical Staffing will work with our Acute Care Critical Access Hospitals to provide day to day nursing care and ensure the safety of patients. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give quality nursing care under the supervision of an MD.

• Provide primary care to patients with varying backgrounds and medical histories in an ER setting
• Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatment in accordance with approved nursing techniques
• Ensure patients’ chart is current and documentation is accurate.
• Assess resident for changes of condition
• Keep residents’ family and physician informed of any changes in resident behavior, medications, or conditions of health
• Communicate needs of resident to outside providers including but not limited to:
  Primary Care Provider, Home Health Agency, Pharmacy, etc
• Complete incident and accident investigation in collaboration with other clinical personnel when necessary
• Other Duties as Assigned

Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the State of practice.

Minimum of 1 year Emergency Room experience within an acute care setting.

BLS, TNCC, PALS.
