• Supervise and ensure the safety of campers during swimming and lake activities.
• Enforce all water safety rules and camp regulations.
• Monitor weather conditions and water safety levels, adapting activities accordingly.
• Perform rescues and administer first aid/CPR if necessary.
• Assist in organising and leading water‑related activities.
• Educate campers on water safety practices.
• Work collaboratively with the camp staff to ensure a fun and secure environment.

• Valid lifeguard certification for both swimming pools and open water (lake).
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Proven experience working with children in a camp or similar setting.
• Strong swimming and rescue skills.
• Ability to remain alert, focused, and responsive in emergency situations.
• Professional, responsible, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Fluent in English and proficient in another European language.
• Clean criminal record.
