Required Skills:
CA with 5+ years of post qualification experience of working for Real Estate/ Construction industry.
Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and treasury management.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Working knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Looking experienced Chartered Accountants to lead the accounts receivable team.
Responsible for overseeing the accounts receivables processes, managing cash flow, and optimizing treasury operations.
Prepare and present accounts receivable aging reports and cash flow forecasts to management.
Monitor daily cash flow and forecast cash requirements to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
Manage relationships with banks.
Prepare regular reports on cash positions and treasury operations.
