Role Summary

We are hiring an Accountant to support a global client in managing day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of experience and strong hands-on exposure to Workday Financial Management, who are detail-oriented and comfortable working in a client-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, GL maintenance, and reconciliations
- Work extensively on Workday Financial Management for accounting transactions and reporting
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules
- Ensure compliance with client accounting policies and internal controls
- Coordinate with internal and client stakeholders to resolve accounting queries
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and reviews

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
- 1–3 years of accounting experience with hands-on Workday exposure (mandatory)
- Strong accounting fundamentals and Excel skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet client timelines
