Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Record to Report (R2R) professional to manage end-to-end accounting activities including General Ledger, financial close, reconciliations, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in entity-level accounting, month-end close, and audit support, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) accounting processes.
- Manage General Ledger (GL) accounting activities.
- Prepare and post manual and automated journal entries.
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial close and reporting.
- Review trial balance and investigate variances.
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
- Handle intercompany accounting and intercompany reconciliations.
- Manage daily accounting operations and day-to-day finance activities.
- Perform entity-level accounting and monthly book closure.
- Support internal and external audits and address audit queries.
- Work within a shared services environment, ensuring process compliance.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, policies, and internal controls.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong experience in R2R process handling from an accounting perspective.
- Hands-on expertise in General Ledger accounting.
- In-depth knowledge of journal entries and financial close processes.
- Strong understanding of balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.
- Experience working in shared service environments.
- Audit experience with ability to manage audit requirements independently.
- Sound knowledge of day-to-day accounting and entity finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with ability to meet tight deadlines.
