Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong Accounting Professional with CA Inter qualification and 3–5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of global accounting standards (IFRS / US GAAP). Exposure to UK and US taxation, including practical compliance work, will be a strong added advantage.
This role requires hands-on accounting experience, the ability to work with international clients, and a good grasp of regulatory and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Reporting
Maintain and finalize books of accounts in compliance with IFRS / US GAAP
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Handle journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and provisions
Perform balance sheet and P&L reviews and variance analysis
Support audits and respond to auditor queries
Global Accounting Exposure
Work on accounting for overseas entities (UK / US clients)
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and reporting timelines
Coordinate with onshore teams and international stakeholders
Taxation (UK & US – Added Advantage)
Assist in preparation and review of UK and US tax returns
Support tax computations, filings, and compliance activities
Work on sales tax / VAT / withholding tax related matters
Coordinate with tax consultants and internal teams for compliance
Process & Controls
Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting policies
Identify process improvement opportunities
Maintain proper documentation and working papers
Key Requirements:
CA/ CA Inter (Cleared) – Mandatory
3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong understanding of IFRS and/or US GAAP
Hands-on experience in financial accounting and reporting
Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
