Years
· Location – Head Office, Shukrawar Peth, Pune
. Salary - up to 3 LPA ( For fresher as per company norms)
· Role and responsibilities/ Job Details:
Cash Handling and Cash payments along with its accounting, Bank payment entry, Bill Booking
· Cash Handling and Cash payments along with its accounting
- o Cash payments and its accounting on daily basis
o Cash reconciliation on daily basis.
o Cash withdrawal from bank whenever required
o Maintaining records of IOU and advances
o Follow up with the concern for recovery of advances.
· Bank Payment Entry –
o Requesting Management for approval of payments of HO bills on respective due dates.
o Bank payment entry in system for HO bills.
o Preparation of data in the required format for online payments for HO payments
· Bill booking –
o Receipt of bills either from Purchase or Admin
o Getting these bills approved from concern Accounts Manager in system
o Bill booking in system
o In case of any correction is required, submit, and follow up with either Purchase or Admin department
o Filling of bills
Personal/ behavioral and social requirements:
· Ability to maintain good relations.
· Results-oriented
· Self-motivated, and proactive approach to work
· Working knowledge of M S Excel and MS World
Professional /
Educational requirements:
· Commerce Graduate
· Minimum work experience in industry of 1 years
