Role Overview :
The Accounts Associate will support the finance and sales teams by managing invoice creation, billing operations, customer coordination, and daily accounting tasks. This role is ideal for candidates looking to begin their career in finance with strong exposure to sales-related billing and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage Invoice & Billing activities for the sales team.

● Handle customer coordination and communication related to billing, payments & queries.

● Prepare and share invoices, bills, credit notes, and payment receipts.

● Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and financial entries.

● Support basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry in accounting software.

● Assist with bank reconciliation and vendor/customer reconciliations.

● Maintain and organize financial documentation.

● Support monthly and annual closing activities.

● Assist in preparing reports such as expense statements, GST data, and ledgers.

● Coordinate with internal departments and the sales team for timely financial information.

Required Skills:

● Strong understanding of Invoice & Billing processes.

● Good communication skills for handling customers professionally.

● Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

● Familiarity with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).

● Understanding of GST, TDS (added advantage).
