Junior Accountants (Construction Industry) ️

The Essentials

- Experience:

1 to 3 years in the Construction/Real Estate industry.
- Tech Stack:
Proficiency in Highrise Accounting Software is preferable.

What You’ll Do

You will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of two entities. Your day-to-day will include:

- Core Bookkeeping:
Managing data entry, vendor ledgers, and purchase/expense accounting. Handling TDS and GST accounting related to all expenditures.
- Banking & RERA:
Managing Cash and Bank accounting across all RERA and Current accounts for both entities.
- Receivables Management:
Tracking customer receipts, managing receivables, issuing demand letters, and ensuring accurate GST accounting on collections.

Candidate Profile:

- B.Com, M.com or similar
- Practical exposure to GST & TDS accounting
- Experience in Highrise Software preferred
- Strong reconciliation and ledger scrutiny skills
- Exposure to RERA compliance accounting will be an added advantage
