Job Overview:
The Audit Preparation Specialist will be responsible for driving audit readiness across the group, ensuring all documentation, audit packs, and deliverables are prepared in advance and maintained efficiently. The role will act as a central coordination point for external auditors.
Job Role s & Responsibilities:
Audit File & Documentation Management
Maintain group audit files centrally
Ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready
Manage version control of audit files
Advance Audit Pack
Prepare advance audit packs at group level
Ensure completeness of schedules and workings
Drive pre-audit readiness
PBC (Prepared by Client) Management
Maintain and track PBC list
Follow up with teams for timely closure
Ensure no audit delays due to pending items
Auditor Coordination
Act as day-to-day liaison with external auditors
Manage queries and follow-ups
Escalate key issues where needed
Lessons Learned Register
Maintain lessons learned from audits
Track gaps and improvements
Drive process improvements
Audit Tracking & Reporting
Track audit status and timelines
Provide updates to management
Ensure smooth audit closure
