Role Description
This is a full-time, Accountant cum Office Admin role based in the Bibwewadi, Pune. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting tasks such as recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, handling invoices and bills, assisting with GST and TDS entries, and supporting basic financial reporting. Also, Co-ordinate with CA & CS for all returns. It also involves coordinating with vendors and following up on bills and payments.
The position also includes office administration responsibilities, including managing files and records, handling phone calls and visitor inquiries, coordinating courier and mail, and supporting procurement of office supplies. The Accountant cum Office Assistant will assist management with preparing documents, updating spreadsheets, maintaining office equipment logs, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams. The role requires consistent attention to detail, timely completion of tasks, and adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
This roles also involves tender related works.
Qualifications:
- - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 6 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and, ideally, accounting or ERP software.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Job Timing - 10am to 7pm (Full-time)
Monday to Saturday
Salary - Starting 22,000/- in hand + Increment Yearly
Job Location - Near Walvekar Lawns, Pune-Satara Road
