Position: Executive – International Relations (Student Mobility Specialist)
Executive – International Office (Student Mobility Specialist)

Location:

FLAME University, Pune

Reports to:

Director, International Office

Role Summary

Responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing student mobility processes for international students, ensuring smooth logistics, regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and positive student experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Incoming Students

- Manage pre-arrival coordination, immigration (FRRO/visa/C-Form/S-Form), housing, and induction logistics.
- Serve as primary contact for student support; conduct regular check-ins.
- Organize orientation/cultural events and maintain detailed student records.

2. Outgoing Students

- Maintain updated MIS/database of all outgoing students.
- Support applications, credit mapping, learning agreements, and visa documentation.
- Coordinate with Registrar/Program Office for transcripts and credit transfers.

3. Credit Mapping

- Track all mapping stages and ensure timely faculty/HoD approvals.
- Maintain version-controlled templates and archive all documentation.

4. SOP & Process Management

- Ensure adherence to all IO SOPs and maintain updated forms/templates.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

5. Communication & Logistics

- Manage communication materials, FAQs, fact sheets, and info kits.
- Support international delegations, visiting scholars, and students.
- Contribute to social media and visual content (e.g., Canva).
