- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for the strategy leadership team.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate board meetings, executive leadership meetings, monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Coordinate with departments such as HR, Admin, IT, Accounts, Engineering, Sales and Marketing.
- Assist in the preparation, editing, and formatting of strategic documents, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
- Draft, review, and proofread emails, reports, and other business communications.
- Screen and route inquiries, ensuring high-quality communication and timely responses.
- Represent the President professionally in all interactions.
- Use digital productivity tools to streamline workflows.
- Ensure timely and clear communication.
Required Skills:
- PG/ MBA with 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership in a corporate.
- Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and project management tools.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and tech-savvy.
