Handle customer registration process for booked units.
Coordinate with customers to collect required KYC documents.
Prepare and verify registration files as per legal guidelines.
Liaise with legal teams, registration offices & internal departments.
Schedule registration dates and ensure smooth execution on-site.
Maintain accurate documentation and update CRM systems.
Assist customers with queries related to agreements, stamp duty, payment schedules, etc.
Ensure timely follow-up for payments required before registration.
Prepare MIS reports on registration status, pending cases & documentation.
Requirements:
1–4 years experience in CRM/registration in real estate (preferred).
Strong understanding of documentation, KYC, and registration processes.
Excellent communication & customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple cases
