Goods hands on MS Excel, Word, PPT and Outlook.
Email management of MD.
Event Management/Travel management
Office Management.
Managing visits and travelling plan of MD – booking cab/car, flight booking etc.
Coordination with various stakeholders.
Meeting arrangements etc.
Will have to travel as and when required.
Insist candidates for filled up Pre-interview form those who coming for interview.
Attending External and internal phone calls.
Submission of cash & credit card expenses to the accounts department for further necessary payment process.
Other office work as and when assigned - Like printing of e- mails attachments & Xerox of document sets, Barouches/ booklet sets and store the same as per available space.
