Role Description  This is a full-time role for an interior designer with about 20 years of experience to head our Pune operations in the capacity of a local OWNER. The studio head (owner) will manage a team consisting of Business Development Managers, Textile Designers and Site Supervisors to run end to end operations.

This individual will be in charge of building and maintaining relationships with the top 50 architects and interior designers of Pune, generating business and running the studio end to end.

The studio head will have a share in the revenue of the business.
