Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Resident Medical Officer located in Talegaon, Pune. The Resident Medical Officer will be responsible for providing medical care to patients, assisting with surgeries, participating in patient rounds, and collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care. Other responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, maintaining accurate medical records, and participating in training programs to stay updated with medical advancements.

Qualifications
Strong background in Medicine and experience in Patient Care
Proficiency in Surgery and assisting medical procedures
Ability to work collaboratively with Physicians and healthcare teams
Participation in Training and continuous learning in the medical field
Strong medical ethics, communication, and problem-solving skills
MBBS degree or equivalent qualification; additional specialization or certifications are a plus
BAMS / BHMS with mandatory work experience;  additional specialization or certifications are a plus
Licensure to practice medicine and registration with the relevant medical authority
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
