Instructional Designer Requiremnet

Position: Instructional Designer- Urgent Requiremnet
As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality eLearning content and learning solutions. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, content creators, and multimedia teams to create engaging, structured, and effective digital learning experiences across domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with subject matter experts to understand learning goals and translate them into well-structured instructional solutions.
Design and develop engaging, interactive, and visually appealing eLearning content using established instructional design frameworks.
Create storyboards, scripts, learning outlines, and content flow documents to support multimedia development.
Collaborate with visual, video, and multimedia teams to ensure learning content is clear, engaging, and instructionally sound.
Incorporate multimedia elements such as graphics, audio, video, and interactions to enhance learner engagement.
Ensure content accuracy, logical flow, and alignment with defined learning objectives.
Review and refine content based on feedback to maintain consistency and quality across projects.
Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and quality standards.
Stay updated with eLearning tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in instructional design or eLearning content development (corporate, academic, or education sectors).
Hands-on experience with instructional design tools and eLearning authoring tools.
Strong ability to structure content and convert complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences.
Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
