Arbor Academy  is looking for a dynamic and student-focused  Admission Counsellor  to join our growing team in  Baner, Pune .

Role:  Admission Counsellor

Location:

IT Solution Park, Baner, Pune
CTC:  ₹1,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum (based on experience & performance)

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents on courses, eligibility, fees, and academy policies
Manage end-to-end admission processes (inquiries, applications, documentation & enrollment)
Promote programs through calls, meetings, events, and follow-ups
Assess student profiles and recommend suitable programs
Maintain accurate admission records and coordinate with internal teams
Meet admission targets and support enrollment growth
