Your Mission:
The Role

You are a strategic, revenue-owning, and outcome-delivering forward-deployed solver (fds), directly driving top-of-funnel growth and ensuring high-quality leads translate into revenue. This isn't your typical marketing role; it's about being a hands-on strategist with a technical mind who acts as the crucial bridge between marketing efforts and sales results.
You'll serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for pipeline generation, ruthlessly optimizing the process from lead qualification to hand-off to the sales team. You'll get into the weeds, defining the right accounts, crafting targeted outreach plans, and owning the quality of every single lead.
Let's be clear: this is a role for a builder and a gatekeeper. You will be 100% accountable for generating and the integrity of the marketing funnel, the strategic alignment of all initiatives, custodian of the brand guidelines and the tangible revenue generated from your efforts.

This isn’t just a ‘build the pipeline’ role. You are the architect and the strategist for generating and overseeing real business outcomes from marketing efforts. Your mission is to partner with our sales team, leveraging a process-first mindset to build a robust, high-quality pipeline that genuinely enables growth.
Here’s how you’ll make your mark:
Strategic Pipeline & Revenue Ownership
- Own the revenue. Forecast. Chase. Close. Deliver.
- Proactively generate, vet, and qualify leads, serving as the ultimate gatekeeper for our marketing funnel.
- Manage a seamless hand-off process with the sales team, ensuring every lead is primed for conversion.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
- Create targeted account lists and conduct in-depth research of the accounts before initiating outreach.
- Architect and execute an account-specific marketing plan that aligns with both business goals and our brand voice.
- Collaborate directly with the collaterals team to ensure all marketing materials are strategically aligned and optimized for impact as per branding guidelines.
Data & Technology Acumen
- Apply your understanding of technology, data, and analytics to inform and refine every aspect of your marketing strategy.
- Leverage data insights to continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall revenue contribution.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives are grounded in data-driven decisions, not just creative impulses.
