Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor at NIF Pune Kothrud. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, conducting career counseling sessions, communicating effectively with students and staff, and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Educational background in Counseling or related field
- Experience in student services or education industry
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Empathy and understanding towards student needs
- Knowledge of career development and educational pathways
