Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Teacher at Firstcry Intellitots Preschool Edutech Inc, located in Dhanori, Pune. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for designing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, delivering engaging and interactive classroom activities, and fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment. Additional responsibilities include monitoring the developmental progress of children, collaborating with parents and colleagues, and ensuring safety and well-being at all times.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
- Strong knowledge and experience in Early Childhood Education
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues
- Experience working with kindergarten-age children
- Ability to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
- Relevant certifications or degrees in Early Childhood Education, Teaching, or related fields
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children
