Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor, based in Pune. The Career Counselor will work closely with students to provide guidance on career decisions, assist in creating career roadmaps, and support students in identifying and securing relevant career opportunities. Additional responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, providing career development resources, and maintaining effective communication to understand and address individual student needs.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
Experience in Student Counseling and providing personalized career guidance
Strong verbal and written Communication skills
Empathy, active listening, and problem-solving capabilities
Familiarity with trends in technology and the job market
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
Previous experience in academic counseling or career advisory roles is a plus
