Qualification:
MBA in any relevant field
Experience:
5-7yrs of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Policy Development
2. Develop and implement admission strategies aligned with the university's goals.
3. Set enrolment targets and forecast student intake trends.
4. Establish policies for student selection and admission.
5. Lead and manage the admissions team (counsellors, coordinators, evaluators etc.)
6. Train staff on admission protocols, communication, and compliance.
7. Set performance goals and evaluate team.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team for student recruitment campaigns.
9. Organize open houses and admission fairs.
10. Use CRM and student information systems to manage application data.
11. Prepare reports for university leadership and accreditation bodies.
12. Ensure adherence to university policies, government regulations, and accreditation standards.
13. Handle international student admissions and visa compliance (If any)
14. Handle escalated queries or special admission concerns.
