Experience
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in examination coordination and ERP operations
• Prior experience in educational institutions, universities, or colleges is preferred
• Hands-on exposure to academic ERP systems and examination management processes
Age
• 22 to 35 years
Education
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Additional certification or training in ERP systems, academic administration, or examination management will be an added advantage
Role Summary
The Exam and ERP Co-ordinator will be responsible for managing the institution's ERP operations related to academics and examinations. The role ensures accurate academic data management, smooth conduct of examinations, timely result processing, and compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements. The position requires close coordination with faculty, administration, IT teams, and examination committees.
Roles and Responsibilities
Examination Management
• Coordinate end-to-end examination processes including scheduling, hall ticket generation, attendance, and result processing
• Ensure smooth and error-free conduct of internal and external examinations
• Support examination committees with documentation, reports, and data as required
• Address examination-related queries from students, faculty, and departments
ERP Operations & Data Management
• Manage and maintain academic and examination-related data in the ERP system
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updating of student records, marks, and academic progress
• Coordinate with IT/ERP vendors for system issues, updates, and enhancements
• Generate reports and dashboards related to exams, attendance, and academic performance
Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain proper records of examination data, results, and related documentation
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies, university norms, and regulatory guidelines
• Support audits and inspections by providing accurate ERP and examination data
Coordination & Communication
• Liaise with faculty, department coordinators, and administrative teams for examination planning
• Communicate examination schedules, guidelines, and updates to students and staff
• Assist in training faculty and staff on ERP usage related to academics and examinations
Reporting & Process Improvement
• Prepare periodic reports on examination status, results, and ERP data accuracy
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in examination and ERP processes and suggest improvements
• Support management with data-driven insights for academic planning and decision-making
Required Skills and Competencies
• Strong understanding of examination processes and academic ERP systems
• Good knowledge of data management and reporting
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
