Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly experienced and purpose-driven Counsellor who brings not only professional expertise but also life wisdom to guide the next generation.
This role goes beyond conventional career counselling. It is meant for an individual who is intrinsically motivated to contribute to society by mentoring young minds and supporting families in making informed academic and career decisions.
The ideal candidate will combine knowledge, credibility, empathy, analytical thinking and communication skills to build trust with both students and parents.
Educational Qualifications
Master's degree in any discipline with an acumen in Mathematics and Science.
It would be preferred if the candidate has a Master's degree in Science/ Engineering/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Management/ Business Administration/ Psychology
Experience & Expertise
· Demonstrated experience as an industry expert in counselling, mentoring or guidance-oriented roles
· Strong familiarity with evolving academic and career pathways
· Practical exposure to diverse professional fields and their progression frameworks
· Ability to translate complex career information into clear and structured guidance for students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
The Counsellor will be responsible for:
Guiding students toward structured academic and career pathways
Engaging effectively with parents and aligning expectations with student potential
Providing informed perspectives based on real-world understanding
Responsible for updating other counsellors about the recent developments in job market and market expectations.
Motivate the team for continuous research in education field.
