Key Responsibilities:
1] Provide detailed information about programs, admission procedures, eligibility, and scholarships to prospective students and their parents.
2] Address admission-related queries promptly via in-person, email, and phone interactions.
3] Represent the university at admission campaigns, fairs, and events to enhance outreach and visibility.
4] Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback and improve promotional strategies.
5] Assist in the registration, documentation, and record-keeping of inquiries and applications.
6] Ensure smooth coordination with faculty members, administration, and other departments.
7] Regularly follow up with leads generated from campaigns and events.
8] Maintain positive engagement with prospective students to improve conversion rates.
9] In addition to above, assisting the admission office team.
Educational
Qualification:
A graduate or postgraduate degree in Management, Science, Commerce, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum 0–3 years of experience in counseling, education administration, or a related field.
