Junior EV Trainer

Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Junior EV Trainer role based in Solapur. The Junior EV Trainer will support the delivery of Electric Vehicle (EV) and related technical training programs to learners from diverse backgrounds. Responsibilities include conducting classroom and practical sessions, demonstrating EV components and safety procedures, and assisting in developing simple, learner-friendly training materials. The role involves assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate training and attendance records.

The Junior EV Trainer will collaborate with senior trainers and program managers to continuously improve training content, ensure alignment with industry standards, and support community outreach or mobilization activities when required.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Electric Vehicles, automotive systems, or electrical/mechanical engineering, with a strong interest in EV technology.
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, clear language to first-generation learners and individuals from varied educational backgrounds.
Good classroom management, facilitation, and presentation skills, with a learner-centric and inclusive training approach.
Basic proficiency in using computers, presentation tools, and digital learning platforms to deliver and track training.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage youth and community members.
Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Engineering, EV, Automotive, Electrical, or a related technical field  (1.5–2 years of experience are welcome).
Willingness to work on-site in Solapur, travel locally if needed, and align with GTT Foundation's mission of serving underserved communities.
Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in a vocational or skill development setting is an advantage but not mandatory.
