Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Career Counselor. The Career Counselor will be responsible for guiding students in making informed academic and career decisions, providing personalized counseling sessions, and helping them identify suitable study abroad destinations and programs matching their profiles. The role includes delivering insights into career opportunities, supporting career development plans, and ensuring students are well-prepared for their academic journeys.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
Have good knowledge for UK, Europe, Australia and USA.
Proficiency in Student Counseling and guidance to help students align education with career goals
Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and the ability to provide clear and empathetic guidance
Knowledge of international study destinations, admission processes, and standardized tests is a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
