We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice Principal to join our leadership team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the educational experience of our diverse student body while collaborating with a team of passionate educators.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, support, and develop teaching staff in both Cambridge and IB curriculum programs.
Foster a positive and inclusive school culture with a focus on academic excellence and holistic student development.
Collaborate with the Principal to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring high educational standards are met.
Oversee curriculum delivery, assessment, and student outcomes.
Manage day-to-day school operations with a focus on student well-being and academic achievement.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the broader community.

Qualifications:

MA,

B.Ed
4 to 6 years of proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Vice Principal, Head of School, or similar position.
Familiarity with both the Cambridge and IB curricula.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Strong commitment to fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance school environment.
