Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for an Aptitude Trainer. The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging training sessions on quant, logical reasoning, and verbal ability focused on job preparation for students. Responsibilities include designing and delivering interactive course content, identifying areas for student improvement, and offering strategic guidance to enhance performance. The trainer will closely work with curriculum developers and support teams to ensure quality of training and learning outcomes.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs
Prior experience in mentorship or teaching job-focused skills is a plus
Adaptability to work in an on-site dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; specialization in mathematics or education is advantageous
