To lead and optimize the end-to-end academic delivery of Master's programs by combining strategic program leadership with operational excellence, ensuring high-quality learning experiences, strong learner outcomes, and alignment with institutional and market needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall academic delivery of Master's programs, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely execution
Develop and implement program strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends
Drive curriculum design, review, and continuous improvement in collaboration with academic stakeholders
Integrate innovative pedagogical approaches and technology-enabled learning methods
Manage and mentor the academic delivery team including facilitators, coordinators, and support staff
Ensure seamless coordination between academic, LMS, content, and student support teams
Establish and monitor academic KPIs such as learner engagement, retention, and completion rates
Build data-driven dashboards to track program performance and identify improvement areas
Ensure compliance with academic standards, accreditation requirements, and internal policies
Design and implement quality assurance frameworks for academic delivery and assessments
Develop learner engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and overall experience
Create structured feedback mechanisms from learners, faculty, and stakeholders for continuous improvement
Optimize resource allocation, budgeting, and operational efficiency across programs
Lead change management initiatives to adapt to evolving academic and business needs
Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture focused on innovation and continuous learning
Skills Required
