Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Admission Counsellor for an on-site position in Pune. The Admission Counsellor will undertake responsibilities such as guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing detailed information about courses and career options, and assisting with inquiries. The role includes managing student relations, ensuring seamless communication, and collaborating with the education team to achieve enrollment targets.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively interact with students and parents
Experience in Customer Service and Sales for engaging with prospects and driving enrollment
Knowledge in the field of Education to provide accurate and tailored counseling
Ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)
Previous experience in academic counseling or related roles is advantageous
Proficient in using CRM software and managing admissions systems
