Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Academic Associate for a full-time, on-site role at our Bengaluru office. The Academic Associate will be responsible for collaborating with educators to develop high-quality academic content, researching and analyzing subject-specific resources, and assisting in curriculum development. This role involves interacting with stakeholders to ensure alignment with educational goals and contributing to projects that enhance the learning experience for students.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
Proven Analytical Skills and attention to detail
Background in Education or related fields, with a passion for learning

Experience with Research and content creation
Team collaboration skills and the ability to manage projects effectively
A Bachelor's degree in Education, Sciences, Humanities, or a related discipline
Proficiency in using technology and online tools for educational purposes is a plus
Prior experience in teaching or academic roles is advantageous but not mandatory
