This role exists to bridge the gap between field implementation and external audiences. It requires translating complex program data, outcomes, and on-ground realities into clear, compelling, and human-centered narratives across print, digital, and media platforms.

Develop annual and quarterly communication plans aligned with program goals and timelines
Deeply understand program objectives, outcomes, stakeholder maps, and field realities

Content Development & Storytelling
Create and edit a wide range of high-impact content including:
Social media captions and campaigns
Case studies and success stories
Website articles and program reports
Event communication, speeches, and announcements
Translate quantitative data and complex outcomes into accessible, emotion-driven narratives
Ensure all content reflects the voice of communities and field staff, not just donors
Creative Coordination
Act as the bridge between program teams and the creative unit (graphic designers, video producers)
Brief creatives with absolute clarity on:
Objective of the asset
Target audience
Core message
Format and deliverables
Deadlines and review cycles
Review drafts, provide structured feedback, and iterate to ensure accuracy and brand alignment
Stakeholder & Media Coordination
Collaborate with internal program teams, leadership, and external partners to source information and approvals
Support the execution of launches, campaigns, and high-visibility events
Manage press, electronic, and digital media relations as required for assigned programs
Ensure timely delivery of all communication assets by managing dependencies and workflows
