The professional will be responsible for creating and managing Meta Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads. The role includes conducting market research to identify target audiences, setting up effective ad strategies, monitoring campaign performance, optimizing ads for maximum return on investment, and collaborating with sales teams to achieve lead generation goals.

Qualifications
Proven expertise in generating New Leads and executing effective Lead Generation strategies
Strong abilities in Market Research and identifying key target demographics
Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with sales teams and stakeholders
Experience in Sales processes and aligning lead generation with revenue goals
Strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics
Proficiency in using Meta Ads Manager and related advertising tools
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines efficiently
Background in digital marketing, business development, or a related field is a plus
