Understand students' educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.
Explain course features, curriculum, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and career prospects.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, Whats App, and other communication channels.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, websites, and referrals.
Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems regularly.
Assist students throughout the admission process, including documentation and fee payment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
Resolve student queries and provide timely support.
Coordinate with internal teams such as admissions, operations, and marketing.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status and admissions performance.
Key Skills Required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counseling and sales abilities.
Target-oriented mindset.
Convincing and negotiation skills.
CRM and basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle objections and close admissions.
Preferred Experience Experience in Academic Counselling, Admissions, Education, EdTech, or Inside Sales.
Experience in achieving enrollment or revenue targets.
Customer-facing or consultative sales experience preferred.
