Role & Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations of an edtech learning center, ensuring seamless delivery of cohort-based upskilling programs.
Manage instructor scheduling, classroom logistics, student attendance, and learning environment standards across multiple batches.
Collaborate with regional training and placement teams to align curriculum delivery with hiring market needs and student outcomes.
Drive student engagement and retention through regular check-ins, feedback loops, and resolution of academic or logistical concerns.
Monitor center performance metrics (attendance, project completion, placement rates) and implement data-driven process improvements.
Represent the brand locally—build relationships with campus partners, industry stakeholders, and student communities to amplify center visibility.
