SDE+Subject Matter expert: DSA

We are looking for a passionate Data Structures Algorithms (DSA) Expert with hands-on Software Development experience to mentor and guide aspiring engineers. This role blends technical expertise in DSA, problem-solving, and competitive programming with the ability to teach, create content, and enhance students learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver DSA-focused courses, workshops, and training sessions.
Guide students in problem-solving, coding competitions, and technical interviews .
Develop structured learning materials , coding problems, and solutions.
Mentor students and provide career guidance in software engineering.
Collaborate with faculty and industry professionals to keep the curriculum industry-relevant .
Requirements:
Strong expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Competitive Programming .
Proficiency in C++, Java, or Python with real-world software development experience.
Experience in teaching, mentoring, or content creation related to DSA coding .
Good problem-solving and analytical skills (preferably Code Chef /Leetcode/Code Forces expertise ).
Passion for teaching and guiding students in technical placements .

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience as an SDE, Mentor, or Subject Matter Expert in DSA .
Prior exposure to Tech interviews, hackathons, and online coding platforms .
